I am an intuitive wellness coach, here to guide and assist you on your unique healing journey, using a gentle and holistic approach. We will target what challenges you are working with and tailor a unique approach for healing just for you.
In 2014 I graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a holistic Health Coach. I have a technical certificate in the culinary arts, as well as the completion of a 3 year herbal apprenticeship with Robin Rose Bennett…in which I learned how to use herbs and plants as both preventative and healing medicine. I am also an attuned reiki healer.
I volunteer at The MLK Health Center & Pharmacy, here in Shreveport, once a month, sharing my knowledge of alternative healing techniques and providing anyone who needs it, a little extra emotional support on their health journey.
I make it a practice to continually educate myself in ways to help myself and others such as my most recent completed course in “Love as a Force for Social Justice,” from Stamford University.
